Bullying based on a conflict perspective:
-a bully always finds a trouble that they can handle hence, the victim will not retaliate and feel inferior while the bully gets dominance and supremacy, and these things are being used by a bully to feed his ego mainly because he might feel insecure or other problems affecting him/her. A bully never cares on what his victim feels. He/she is only concerned of his own selfless goals.
